Shipping policy
- All items shipped via Royal Mail
- Express orders will be processed within 1 working day
- All personalised items have a lead time of 3-4 weeks for UK customers
- For international customers please allow an extra 2 weeks. I
- Items are shipped as soon as they have been produced. If you are ordering other items, these will be shipped once your personalised item is ready. If you do not want to wait for the remainder of your order, we would recommend placing two separate orders.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
